When you’ve walked through our fields and seen the selection of locally and organically grown produce, you’ll gain a whole new appreciation for the food on your plate when we serve it to you at Restaurant Gaia. All our vegetables are cultivated in organic soil, and we raise our own organic Galloway cattle, sheep, and hens. We also hunt the wild game that roams freely on the island, ensuring we serve nothing but the very best. Most of what we use is grown here on the island, and for what we cannot produce ourselves, we work closely with local suppliers to source it whenever possible.

Here, we take great care in handling the ingredients to bring out the best in every dish. Each element on the plate is carefully selected, ensuring that every part has been quality-tested to give you an exceptional culinary experience.
