Our facilities allow the everyday stress and rush to stay on the mainland. In addition to the traditional meeting rooms and conference spaces, we also have the opportunity to arrange everything from fireside talks to nature walks.
Vejrø Resort offers a total of 35 rooms, including 34 double rooms and 1 single room. These rooms are located in Hotel Blæsenborg, Karlekammeret, and our 4 guesthouses.
Vejrø Resort can accommodate up to 69 guests in our own rooms. There is also the possibility to expand the capacity with glamping tents, but this requires an inquiry.
Vejrø Resort has 4 meetings rooms avaliable:
On the first floor of Restaurant Skipperly, you will find a modern meeting room with a balcony offering sea views and a comfortable lounge area. All necessary IT equipment, flip-over, and whiteboard are available.
In Karlekammeret, there is a common area that can be transformed into a meeting room with 2 long tables.
In Blæsenborg, we have the fireplace living room, which can be transformed into a smaller meeting room for 8-10 people with a long table.
The Orangery is also available for meetings, afternoon coffee, or as an inspiring setting for innovation and creativity among the exotic plants.
We provide all necessary IT equipment in the meeting rooms, including flip-over and whiteboard. Additionally, we also have the following facilities: 34 double rooms, 2 single rooms, hunting room, restaurant with seating for 60 guests, bar, lounge, wine cellar, air field, helipad, great opportunities for walking and jogging, and a beach less than 350 meters away.
Vejrø is located close to West Zealand and Lolland-Falster and can be reached by sailing, which is included in the meeting prices. We sail you in our own boat from Kragenæs to Vejrø and back again.
If you wish to arrive on your own, we have a large marina where you can dock your boat. There is also a runway for smaller propeller planes and a helipad. We have also had guests who arrived by seaplanes. If you prefer an alternative arrival to Vejrø, you can either arrange for it yourself or contact us to find a partner for transportation.
We have a good collaboration with teambuilding organizers who can help you facilitate various activities. If you have your own organizer, we can provide the space for the activities.
In addition, we also offer the following activities: guided tour, barbeque on the terrace, hunting and shooting events, morning bathing, activities at sea, and yoga. All these teambuilding activities need to be booked in advance.
