Our head chef, Lasse, has tailored a well-composed menu consisting of 10 delicate dishes, with varying cold and hot servings.

Indulge in a tantalizing array of shellfish; rest assured, there will be no compromises on size, quality, or quantity.

In addition, Martin, our sommelier, has carefully selected exquisite wines to complement the experience and enhance the flavors.
