Thank you so much for a wonderful gourmet and hunting weekend on Vejrø. From the very first moment, it was clear that everything had been thought out, felt, and executed with great care. The nature and terrain were an experience in themselves—raw, beautiful, and alive—and the hunt was both exciting and seamless, even with the wind from the Småland Sea blowing through our bones. The meals were in a class of their own: from the warm, unpretentious game stew on Friday evening to the breakfast with the most delicious eggs, culminating in an exquisite dinner with dishes and wines that one rarely gets to experience in such harmonious combination. Time simply flew by. But what tied it all together was you and your team. You could clearly feel a commitment and joy in your hospitality that was contagious. Everyone was attentive, professional, and genuinely concerned that we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves at all times, without it feeling staged. Several of our guests have since described the weekend as an extraordinary experience: two days on an island, without noise or stress, with room for both old friendships and new acquaintances. No TV, but with a couple of free-range pigs and a hare outside the window. We are going home with memories that will stay with us for a long time and with great gratitude for your efforts, your professionalism, and your heart for the place.

Martin (co-founder of mobility company Bolt) and Mari-Liis (owns a nature resort in Estonia) - recently stopped by and shared these beautiful reflections on their experience with us: "When we planned our boating trip through Denmark for this summer, I was lucky to find Vejroe island and immediately it caught our attention. Now we have spent a wonderful day on Vejroe island it has offered more than we would have expected. Starting from beautiful well maintained marina and gourmet restaurant to calm and beautiful nature, it's definitely the highlight of our this seasons trip so far! Our favorite 'feature' was that you cut grass pathways around the whole island and around all fields. This creates magnificent opportunities to walk and embrace the calmness of the island, watch rabbits and birds in their natural habitat. I really admire your vision of creating green and self-sustainable ecosystem by preserving nature and providing jobs for people who believe in this vision. So we wish to thank you for providing such amazing experiences to the guests of your island and I really hope you keep up to your vision of maintaining it long term." Last week we gathered for our annual strategy tour at the impressive Vejrø Resort. With full self-sufficiency in energy, water and heating, Vejrø is a model of sustainability and an ideal setting to kick-start the autumn work together with our new colleagues, who started in September. During the strategy tour, the focus was on professional updates from our various service lines, where the international collaborations were in focus and emphasized how globally anchored our organization is.Alongside the professional elements, there was also time to enjoy the island's many experiences - everything from clay pigeon shooting and tours of the orangery to sea bathing and meals made from the island's own ingredients.A successful trip that strengthened both community and collaboration as we look forward to new opportunities in the fall!

In June 2024, Kromann Reumert held a partner conference with 70 participants at Vejrø Resort. It goes without saying that planning a conference on an island requires more time and some completely different considerations than at a land-based conference hotel, but the staff at Vejrø make sure to ask the right questions and make the logistics work, and our group of seasoned conference participants certainly felt that the scenic, different surroundings and having an island to themselves added something special to our conference. In all positions, we met dedicated, skilled and accommodating employees who handled our wishes - and more or less "acute" adjustments - extremely professionally and agile. They know their island, they know what they're doing and what it takes, and you can clearly sense that they are all part of the "Vejrø family".

Our 8-day stay aboard the sailing yacht Whitepearl was truly inspiring. We were deeply impressed by the opportunity to experience the beauty and sustainability of this place, and the excellent Skipperly restaurant left a lasting impression.
