Day meeting on Vejrø

Experience a focused meeting day on Vejrø without noise or the hustle and bustle of the city. This meeting package is designed for those who want an exclusive off-site day in scenic surroundings, where everything is included. The stay typically lasts from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

     Welcome drink, two-course lunch selected by the chef and based on our farm-to-table concept, afternoon coffee, and homemade pastries. Opportunity for campfire breaks or other outdoor activities.

This package is for those who want more time, more immersion, and a meeting place where presence is paramount. The meeting day ends with dinner and a relaxing night on the island, so you can continue rested the next morning.

Accommodation for meetings and conferences

We create inviting settings for meetings and conferences on Vejrø, where rooms, suites, and communal houses provide space for both togetherness and contemplation. In the spring and summer, your company can choose atmospheric glamping tents that offer a unique overnight experience in the heart of the island's nature. Maximum accommodation capacity is 88 guests, with the option of extra beds.

Thank you so much for a wonderful gourmet and hunting weekend on Vejrø. From the very first moment, it was clear that everything had been thought out, felt, and executed with great care. The nature and terrain were an experience in themselves—raw, beautiful, and alive—and the hunt was both exciting and seamless, even with the wind from the Småland Sea blowing through our bones. The meals were in a class of their own: from the warm, unpretentious game stew on Friday evening to the breakfast with the most delicious eggs, culminating in an exquisite dinner with dishes and wines that one rarely gets to experience in such harmonious combination. Time simply flew by. But what tied it all together was you and your team. You could clearly feel a commitment and joy in your hospitality that was contagious. Everyone was attentive, professional, and genuinely concerned that we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves at all times, without it feeling staged. Several of our guests have since described the weekend as an extraordinary experience: two days on an island, without noise or stress, with room for both old friendships and new acquaintances. No TV, but with a couple of free-range pigs and a hare outside the window. Last week we gathered for our annual strategy tour at the impressive Vejrø Resort. With full self-sufficiency in energy, water and heating, Vejrø is a model of sustainability and an ideal setting to kick-start the autumn work together with our new colleagues, who started in September. In June 2024, Kromann Reumert held a partner conference with 70 participants at Vejrø Resort. It goes without saying that planning a conference on an island requires more time and some completely different considerations than at a land-based conference hotel, but the staff at Vejrø make sure to ask the right questions and make the logistics work, and our group of seasoned conference participants certainly felt that the scenic, different surroundings and having an island to themselves added something special to our conference. In all positions, we met dedicated, skilled and accommodating employees who handled our wishes - and more or less "acute" adjustments - extremely professionally and agile. Questions and answers

Many questions may arise when booking your next meeting or conference at Vejrø. We have compiled a few of the most frequently asked questions below so that you can find the answers before contacting us.

  • How many rooms does Vejrø have?

    Vejrø Resort has a total of 35 double rooms. These rooms are spread across Blæsenborg Hotel, Karlekammeret, and our four guest houses. There is room for more guests in glamping tents.

  • What is the capacity of Vejrø Resort?

    Vejrø Resort can accommodate up to 70 guests in our own rooms. It is also possible to expand the capacity with glamping tents, but this requires an inquiry.

  • How many meeting rooms does Vejrø Resort have?

    Vejrø Resort has 4 meeting rooms available:

    On the first floor of Restaurant Skipperly you will find a modern meeting room with a balcony with sea views and a comfortable lounge area. All necessary IT equipment, flip chart and whiteboard are available.

    In Karlekammeret there is a common area that can be converted into a meeting room with 2 long tables.

    In Blæsenborg we have the fireplace room, which can be converted into a smaller meeting room for 8-10 people at long tables.

    The Orangery is also available for meetings, afternoon coffee or as an inspiring setting for innovation and creativity among the exotic plants.

  • What facilities and equipment does Vejrø Resort offer in the meeting rooms?

    We provide all necessary IT equipment in the meeting rooms, including flip charts and whiteboards. We also have the following facilities: 34 rooms, 1 single room, hunting lodge, restaurant for 60 guests, bar, lounge, wine cellar, airfield, helipad, good walking and running opportunities and a beach less than 350 meters away.

  • How do you get to Vejrø?

    Vejrø is located close to West Zealand and Lolland-Falster and can be reached by boat, which is included in the meeting prices. We sail you in your own boat from Kragenæs to Vejrø and back again.

    If you want to arrive on your own, we have a large marina where you can dock. There is also a landing strip for smaller propeller planes and a helipad. We have had guests arrive by seaplane. If you want an alternative arrival to Vejrø, you can either arrange it yourself or contact us to find a partner.

  • What team building activities does Vejrø Resort offer?

    We have a good cooperation with team building organizers who can help you facilitate different activities. If you have your own organizer, we can make the space available.

    In addition, we also offer the following activities: guided tour, barbecue on the terrace, hunting and shooting events, morning swim, sea activities and yoga. All these activities must be booked in advance.

  • Can day meetings and lunch meetings be held at Vejrø Resort?
